Stock and stocktake by barcode.At a stocktake you scan the barcode and type the count. The app compares the count with the expected quantity and values the difference at the purchase price ex VAT, per ingredient and as a total loss or gain.

Photograph a supplier invoice.Take a photo or pick a PDF. The app reads the lines, lays them out in a review table and you confirm before anything reaches stock or prices. Fifty scans per restaurant per day, on every plan.

Purchasing: price lists, orders and scan to receive.You keep a price list per supplier and build an order from it. On delivery you scan the barcode: stock goes up and the app writes the HACCP delivery record with batch, use-by date and temperature in the same action.

Dish costing and menu engineering.Every dish has a recipe and a selling price. The app works out the cost and the margin ex VAT and places each dish in one of four boxes: star, puzzle, plow horse or dog, from the average popularity and the average margin of your menu.

HACCP and allergens.You record temperatures, deliveries, cooking and cleaning on the phone and print them per period as a pack with the form number on it. The allergen matrix shows the fourteen EU allergens per dish, the same fourteen the UK lists.

Rota, HACCP and reservations come with it.A rota with PIN clock-in, HACCP records and reservations with an online booking widget sit in the same subscription. You switch each module on or off, so you only see what you use.

Can I keep my till?

Yes. Tout Compris works alongside any till or EPOS. There is no automatic link: you upload the end-of-day file (Z report, CSV) from your till and the app matches the columns. Nothing runs on the till itself.

How many invoices can I scan?

Does it work for a UK or Irish business?

Yes. UK and Irish VAT rates are preset, the allergen matrix covers the fourteen allergens the UK lists, and prices are in euro. The app runs in twelve languages, and a staff phone keeps its own language choice.
